Using the Dataset Objects window

The Dataset Objects window displays all of the objects, for example, attributes and metrics, of each dataset included in your document. You can drag and drop these objects or whole dataset reports into the document layout.

To access the Dataset Objects window

Open a document in Design Mode. The Dataset Objects window appears to the left of the document layout.

• Add Dataset : This icon allows you to add a new dataset to the document.

• Delete : Clicking this icon allows you to remove a dataset from the Dataset Objects window.

• Dataset Objects window: This window contains dataset reports. You can add whole reports or just their objects to the document. You can also right click on a dataset or dataset object to make changes to it. For instance, you can create a summary metric from a metric in a dataset report.
